Experience: 8 Years plus 


  • An experienced developer, who will be involved in the following in an enterprise setting:
  • Voice application design and development               
  • Establish design objectives and constraints
  • Create directed dialog and natural language IVR & hold treatment call flows
  • Write detailed design specifications engaging stakeholders as required
  • Incorporate usability and usage data to refine design
  • Speech Recognition Data Analysis
  • Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of Advanced Call Routing applications
  • Understanding of VoiceXML applications
  • Collaborating on Customer Experience planning with UX team
  • Proven ability to consult with clients and peer groups to understand the development ask
  • Ability to work independently on complex call flow design and development
  • Aptitude for team collaboration and open communication


  • 3-5 years Software Development Experience and willingness to learn Voice technology or possesses IVR experience
  • Strong knowledge in Application Development software language skills
  • Experience of the full SDLC using SCRUM agile methodologies
  • Solid understanding of test driven development, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, including Web ServicesREST API, SOAP API
  • Experience in Avaya Portfolio including Avaya Experience Portal, Communication Manager, Session Manager & Interaction Center.
  • Experience in IVR testing tools like Empirix, IR is preferred with decent experence of testing IVR and associated agent/client facing systems.
