Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Mission Statement
Marlabs strives to create a community of responsible and educated citizens who are environmentally and socially conscious. Marlabs operates in a responsible manner in the best interest of all concerned stakeholders including employees and customers. Marlabs is committed to promoting environmental sustainability, enriching the quality of life for all the communities around, and fulfilling social responsibilities as good corporate citizens.
Marlabs Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Council
Overall objective
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is rooted in the founding values of Marlabs and is integral to its work culture. The leadership at Marlabs is committed to taking CSR initiatives to higher levels. Marlabs CSR council is a formal group to drive CSR initiatives within Marlabs. The CSR Council is made up of experts with skills in planning and executing CSR activities. The council has equal representation from men and women from different business units and from both management and teams.
CSR Council serves the following purposes:

Blood donation camps
The council meets once in a month and is supported by CSR project teams in each of the Marlabs local offices. The project team comprises employees who make recommendations to the CSR Council and set out the framework for implementing these CSR activities.

Piscataway chapter includes executives from Piscataway office. Piscataway chapter is involved in activities such as organizing blood donation camps, and works towards identifying, initiating, and driving more CSR activities. This chapter makes recommendations to the CSR council, recruits volunteers, monitors, and shares results.
Bangalore Chapter Objectives
